For Articles, Amendments & Certificates	$50 to $100 per hour*
Business Name Filings	$25 each

Federal Business Form Filings**
For Tax-Exempt Status	$75 to $100 per hour*
Tax ID/Employer Identification Number	$25 each


*The minimum of one hour is required for any service charged at a per hour rate.

**All document filings are typed, mailed and include one (1) certified copy. Document filling fees are additional to the State/Federal charges.
